Pairing foods with Champagnes is more than just Caviar and Cheese, learn that some of the most basic foods are a perfect pairing with these bubbling wines. Enjoy some of the other sparkling wines from around the world and the difference in quality with each sip.  Learn to open Champagne properly and learn the Saber technique!
