Cooking with wine, like drinking wine, can add another dimension to the food experience. So, what wine to cook with? The general rule of thumb is never cook with a wine you wouldn’t drink because your finished dish is only going to be as good as the ingredients that go into it. In this hands-on class, Robyn Webb will share some simple recipes using a variety of wines to enhance the overall flavor.
