Grab your friends and family and head to Open Kitchen for a fun-filled night with Chef Katie as she dishes up classic Tuscan recipes with a twist.

In this interactive demonstration, Chef Katie will prepare several small plates paired with a tasting of wines. You’ll get recipes for the dishes served, plus pro tips and culinary tricks, wine education, and more!

First Course –

Handmade Fettuccini with Peas, Guanciale and Pecorino
