The cuisine of Morocco offers a view into a culture that takes advantage of its climate and its prime relationships with the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, along with interaction, exchanges, and migrations of cultures to the North and the East. Join us on an expedition of the centuries-old art of balancing spice and flavor.
On the Menu
Pickled Lemon: We will make a jar for you to take home and enjoy later.
Tagine Citron: A rich Berber stew of chicken with olive and pickled lemon.
Couscous: Semolina steamed with seven vegetables.
Lamb Kebab: Marinated in yogurt and spice, then grilled.
Pastilla: Thin pastry filled with dates, nuts, and spice.
Mint Tea: Traditional sweet tea.
