Open Kitchen Santa Fe’s Pop-up Chef’s Table is a multi-course tasting journey inspired by what’s in season and locally sourced and  showcases our culinary team’s culinary creativity, artistry and passion.  The event begins with a bubbly-amuse bouche reception followed by a 4-course menu of small plates highlighting the in-season ingredients for each course, complete with wine, beer, or spirit pairings.  The full expression of the menu will only be revealed course by course as the event unfolds.  The result is an exciting, refreshing dining experience.

  • These events, which can be designed as a lunch or dinner, are approximately 3 hours long, plus set-up and clean-up time.
  • Pricing & requirements
    • Starts at $125 per person
    • Minimum 10 people; Maximum 20 people

Cost Includes menu planning, bubbly-amuse bouche reception, 4-course menu with wine, beer, or spirit pairings, transportation to venue location, chef and service staff, set up, and clean up.

  • For additional costs, we can provide the following:
    • Event planning.
    • Event rentals, e.g., tables, chairs, china, flatware, glasses and linens.
