Dear Friends and Culinary Enthusiasts,

I was inspired to create a unique culinary concept in 2007 while my husband John and I were visiting Santa Fe and dining at Cafe Pasqual’s community table.   The coming together of people to share regional and eclectic foods, prepared mindfully with fresh, seasonal ingredients and served in a warm and engaging atmosphere was truly a wonderful dining experience.  This inspiration became a reality in 2009, with the birth of Open Kitchen in the Washington D.C. Metro area.  The essence of “Open Kitchen” is about an openness to life and celebrating the kitchen as centers of sensory pleasure, community, learning, and creativity.   Open Kitchen is passionate about getting people excited and inspired to have fun cooking, eating, and entertaining.

As Open Kitchen DC Metro blossomed with the care of our talented culinary team, in 2014 John and I found our dream home in Santa Fe and are now living the life we’ve always imagined.  As I come full circle with my original vision, I am inspired to bring Open Kitchen “home” with the launch of OPEN KITCHEN SANTA FE, offering intimate private dining experiences and cooking events such as…
