recreational cooking classes

Open Kitchen offers a wide variety of recreational cooking classes and culinary events, each providing a unique experience for those passionate about all things food, wine, and beer.

We believe the key to good eating is education.  Our team of experienced professional chefs, led by our Culinary Director Chef Katie Reineberg, has designed cooking classes with both experts and novices in mind.  Our teaching style is comprehensive, friendly and packed with invaluable cooking and baking tips that will demystify the kitchen and give you confidence and culinary know-how.

Each cooking class is approximately 3-4 hours long and includes a recipe packet, time to enjoy what you have prepared, and follow-up with our chef to assist you in continuing your culinary journey.

Our culinary events offer our chefs the creative freedom to showcase their artistry and passion – the results are unparalleled dining experiences for our guests in an intimate, engaging setting.  These events are approximately 2 to 3 hours long and, depending on the specific event, may include a recipe packet, personal interaction with the chef, and beer/wine tastings.
